Team of the Year Rules:

 

  • Note: 6 meetings are required for eligibility for 'Active Membership' (voting privilege).
  • A minimum of 3 meetings are required for ToY eligibility to include the Christmas Party from the preceding year.
  • ToY will be based only on KCBS sanctioned contests.

  • ToY points are based on the best scores from each category from any 4 ToY contests.
  • There will be a $20.00 entry fee this year for ToY.
  • Teams may acknowledge their intention to enter the ToY contest by April 1st, and the money must be paid by the April meeting for the teams to be included in the ToY contest this year.
  • You may contact the secretary, Van McLemore, to notify us of your participation (89cavrecon@cox.net). You may pay at either the March or April meeting. Contact Van if you won't be at either meeting.
  • Entry fees will be distributed as follows: 50% will be
    awarded for Overall Winner. The remaining funds after this payout will be equally divided among the first
    place winners of the 4 meat categories (and other categories as approved).
